Before she began her career in real estate. Krestel used to manage a travel agency for leisure and for business.
In 2013, Krestel started with Century Properties Group, a prime real estate developer in the Philippines, servicing local and international buyers and clients.
For 3 years she had been consistently focusing her target market both in the Philippines and in Singapore in selling luxurious residential and commercial condominium units.
In 2016, she became a licensed real estate broker. From then on, she diversified her expertise by handling several property listings from condominiums, houses, lots, offices, commercial, buildings and even industrial properties both for end-users and investors.
She is now managing her own realty firm, KB Realty, located in Pasay City, Philiippines.
