Joining the America's largest trade association, The National Association of Realtors ® (NAR), with its global alliance here in the Philippines - CREBA NAR, helped her to become globally competitive in doing real estate business with over 1.4 million members who are also brokers, salespersons, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry across the United States.

Members of the association are called Realtors® and strictly subscribe to its code of ethics.

As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she has has undergone specialized training to complete global transactions seamlessly and with reduced risk.
