At least a Bachelor's / College Degree holder

preferably with real estate setting experience (an advantage but not required)

Minimum 1 year of work experience in Sales and/or Marketing

Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs

Good verbal and written communication skills

Immediately answers leasing inquiries 

Coordinate and Schedule property/ unit viewings 

Prepares Leasing Contract

Facilitates in the move-in of tenants

can do both office and/ or work from home setup

Full-time position is needed
